The Arclight Initiative was a provision included in the OuterHeavens Act passed by the Governat in R.667 after the appearance of the Forms a year earlier. With the passing of the first generation of Arclights, candidates for a second generation were chosen. The Arclights serve multiple purposes, but the most important is as the 'hand' of the Magistars. The following personnel are active assets in the Second Generation Arclight Initiative. |
